The workshop is held in and around Lagos.

The digital photography course is designed with the aim of introducing beginners to the creative and technical possibilities of digital photography. Within this scope, during this course you will be presented with the necessary tools to understand the basic photographic technics, composition rules and to explore all aspects of the digital image workflow, from image capture to editing, image file correction and manipulation, to the preparation of files for printing and other uses.

Students are required to bring their own digital camera and laptop for editing. Students must have a digital camera which allows the manual control of exposure, focus, ISO and color temperature, preferentially a DSLR, Bridge or Mirrorless camera. A laptop with Adobe Lightroom would be ideal.

Suitable clothing for walking and general outdoor attire i.e sun hat, sun cream, comfortable walking shoes.

Included in the workshop price:
- Accommodation at Casa Creativa for 6 nights in a private ensuite room (arrive Sunday after 14:00 - depart following Saturday).

- Breakfast, Lunch and daytime refreshments (Monday to Friday)

- Evening meals with your fellow students at various local restaurant in Lagos, all within a 5-minute walk. (Monday to Friday)
- One creative local excursion per week
- A free registration to your ‘Online Casa Creativa Workshop Forum’ (You can chat with your tutor and fellow students 1 month before your workshop begins, so you feel well prepared for your workshop ahead)
